We pride ourselves on finding the best teachers and support staff for Nurseries, Primary and Secondary Schools as well as Special Need Schools and Pupil Referral Units across London and the Home Counties. Recruiting new staff is one of the most challenging problems for any employer. It can be often time-consuming, expensive, and offers no guarantee of success.

We understand that every environment is different and that is why one of our professional and experienced consultants will work with you personally to identify your individual staffing requirements and specific needs.

We take the responsibility for finding you the right individual who are actively looking for new positions. JDS Recruitment will ensure that each candidate that we represent to your school will have the suitable qualifications and experience that is required. Furthermore, every candidate will have already been subjected to stringent identity checks and assessments, DBS, qualification and reference checks. We do ensure that at all times the safety and welfare of children is considered at and it is our policy to ensure that all relevant pre-registration checks are carried out.

We do also insist on a face-to face interview for every candidate so that we can match the skills, experience, personality and aspirations of all of our candidates to the requirements of our clients.

Your supply requirements will be rigorously matched with the candidates that are registered with us. You can be confident that the supply help we provide will meet your needs and make a positive contribution to your work place.

All you’ll need to do is to decide which candidates you would like to interview and to make your choice. Only when you appoint the successful candidate do we charge a fee.
