SEN Teacher - SEN School - Redbridge
JDS Recruitment have been entrusted with the following vacancy.
Enthusiastic, passionate and experienced class teacher, who is required for a January start.
This Teaching position will be for at least the spring term and is a full-time, 5 day per week post.
About The School
Split site special school academy catering for up to 148 children and young people between the ages of two and nineteen years who have a complex learning difficulty, often accompanied by additional special educational needs, which may include;
Autistic Spectrum Disorders
Our ideal candidate will:
Must have experience of SEN and a passion for supporting pupils with SLD challenging behaviour, low ability, ASD and non-verbal pupils.
Manual Handling Experience
Highly organised, and able to participate in annual reviews with parents/SEN Team and other professionals in a mature and knowledgeable way.
Flexible and committed to start full time in January
QTS or equivalent Teaching Degree
Excellent spoken and written English is essential
