Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
The successful candidate will have experience working within Primary or Secondary settings as well as supported pupils with challenging behaviours and learning difficulties on a 1:1 basis and/or generalised basis.
JDS Recruitment are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of schools across the London Borough of Essex and East London.
Successful SEN Teaching Assistants will have the option of both long-term work (for the duration of the academic year at the same school) and shorter-term work at a variety of schools).
Positions across Primary and Secondary will be available.
SEN Teaching Assistants who secure long-term work will be required to support students who have SEN on a 1:1/1:2 or 1:3 basis, as well as assisting the teacher in other activities including planning, delivery of lessons and during playtime.

To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant position, you will:
• Proven experience working in Primary and/or Secondary Schools
• Experience working with SEN students
Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
