As a supply teacher for JDS Recruitment you will be working across various Primary schools in East London and Essex. Recruiting now for the new year, JDS Recruitment would like to hear from local Teaching Assistants who wish to be considered for several fantastic opportunities in local, Primary, Secondary and SEN schools right across Essex and East London, with an emphasis in the following areas: Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Epping, Harlow, Loughton, Ongar, Waltham Abbey, Redbridge and Waltham Forest. You will be responsible for classroom management and promoting a positive learning environment, as well as providing effective teaching to groups of children between 25 to 30 pupils. With no requirement for planning and preparation supply teaching is an ideal way of securing an attractive work life balance and to gain experience within different secondary settings, therefore gaining an insight into different teaching styles and methods.


How does it work for a Supply Primary Teacher?


Once you have successfully registered with us as a supply primary teacher and have provided us with all of the relevant documents, you can call the branch on a weekly basis to update us of your availability. Once your diary shows that you are available supply teacher you will be contacted and offered work as and when a need arises in a school.
