Full Description

JDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher (with QTS) to work on a full-time basis at our all-through SEND school based in Dagenham.

This role is to start ASAP (or near as possible)

– The ideal teacher can be a specialist in either KS1 OR KS2 but must be happy to teach small groups of students with Social Emotional Mental Health difficulties.

– To teach students in KS1 – KS2 with Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH).

– To start ASAP until July 2024 (Long-term position with the potential to secure the permanent post)

– Must be available to work full-time (term-time only) – Monday to Friday.

– This is a very challenging role and due to the severity of the student’s needs, they are prone to swearing and violence but extremely rewarding.

Requirements:

– Primary Teacher qualified to teach either KS1 or KS2

– All-through SEND school .

– Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

– Must be available to start work ASAP (or near as possible)

– Long-term position with the view to secure the permanent post.

– Hours: 8.15am – 3.30pm (1 hour lunch)

– Nearest Station: Dagenham Dock (Parking available on site).

– Must have at least 6 months UK teaching experience teaching primary students and previous experience either teaching or supporting students with Social Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH).
