JDS Recruitment are looking for a dedicated and caring Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join a Primary Alternate Provision in Newham from September 2023!
As an SEN TA, you will play a crucial role in helping students with unique learning needs reach their full potential. You’ll be working closely with our experienced teachers, parents, and specialists, collaborating to create personalized learning plans for each child.

- SEN TA-1:1 Support
The role will include:
- 1:1 work with students who require additional support
- Specifically supporting children with SEMH and ASD
- Leading group work as a SEN Teaching Assistant
- Helping the class teacher with pupil observations
- Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation
