Are you a passionate and experienced KS1 teacher ready to make a positive impact on young minds? We are seeking a dedicated and Experienced KS1 Teacher to join forces with a Primary School based in E16, for a Year 1 Primary Teacher role starting in March. This position offers a unique opportunity for a talented teacher to cover a one-year maternity leave with the potential for further opportunities within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the needs of Year 1 students.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum, ensuring educational objectives are met.
- Utilize effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Foster a nurturing approach to support the social and emotional development of each child.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to provide a holistic and well-rounded educational experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1.
- Strong behaviour management skills to create a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
- A nurturing and empathetic approach to support the diverse needs of young learners.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both students and colleagues.
- Commitment to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment.
