Jaimie founded JDS Recruitment in 2016, alongside Dean, with the drive and determination to create a leading organisation dedicated to providing high-quality education staff to schools across London. With over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Jaimie has a long-standing reputation for excellence in leadership, strategic planning, and innovative thinking. During the last 7 years, Jaimie has developed a specialist knowledge of supporting both special needs schools and alternative provisions. This has enabled him to provide the very best education professionals to every client. Outside of work, Jaimie enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 children. Dean Silver

Co-Founder

Alongside Jaimie, Dean has founded, established, and continued to grow JDS Recruitment since 2016. With over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry and over 10 years solely servicing the Education Sector, Dean has an abundance of knowledge and skills that allow him to confidently deliver and supply the very best professional staff to his clients. Dean has supported Primary, Secondary, SEN Schools and Alternative Provisions across London and the Home Counties, and now focuses on schools in Essex, with a particular emphasis on the Harlow area. This area is close to his heart as both of his children attend schools in this area. When he’s not working, Dean likes to stay busy spending time with his family and Cavapoo – Waffle, supporting West Ham United, and traveling to experience different cultures. Danielle Dias

Education Team Leader

Danielle is the Education Team Leader who joined JDS Recruitment in 2018 and has 5 years of experience working in Education Recruitment. Danielle specialises in Recruiting Primary, Secondary, and SEN staff to Schools in Southeast London, as well as supplying tutors to Local Authorities. Danielle focuses on finding talented teachers and support staff while providing support and advice throughout the recruitment process. Carrie is the Payroll & Compliance Manager at JDS Recruitment; her role includes processing weekly payroll, as well as dealing with any payroll queries, and issuing invoices. As the company’s first hire, Carrie is a part of the foundations at JDS. As the company has grown, so has Carrie’s role, she now manages the compliance and finance department and is well-loved by her team.
