Working alongside the Head Teacher, my school is actively looking for an aspiring, passionate and motivated Maths Teacher to support small groups and sometimes to provide one to one support for learners across Key Stages 3 and 4 (11-16 years). It is imperative you have the right level of behaviour management and personality often combined with a good sense of humour to support in this school.

The successful candidate would be expected to have a background supporting challenging and disruptive students either in a Mainstream environment or within Pupil Referral Unit/SEMH School/Alternative Provision or similar challenging behaviour environments where students may have been temporarily or permanently excluded from school.

The Maths Teacher will be needed to bring inspiration, motivation and certainly passion to this role ,where they can look to engage with often very disruptive and students with challenging behaviour.
