SEN Teacher - Redbridge
Brand new school that opened in April 21 are in need of a SEN Teacher to support there Early Years and Key Stage 1 provision.
The school are seeking a Teacher with Early Years/KS1 experience who has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of working with children with complex needs.
The school are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher who:
Is self-motivated and reliable
Secure knowledge of the national curriculum and/or EYFS requirements and the implications for pupils with disabilities and learning difficulties.
Outstanding practitioner who can deliver high quality of education
The school is part of a Multi Academy Trust.
Our school is looking to appoint two SEN Teachers to support a small cohort of EYFS/KS1 students with complex needs. * Proven SEN teaching experience. (Special School, not just mainstream). *Your practice needs to be good or outstanding and experience of teaching children with complex needs. * Successful experience of demonstrating a consistent level of inclusive teaching ensuring delivery of quality lessons that add value to pupils and school. Pupils do make at least good progress in a wide range of subjects, including reading, writing and mathematics. A few pupils make outstanding progress. * Proven record of the effective implementation of and strong commitment to equal opportunities policies. Essential: * Qualified Teachers Status or equivalent teaching degree *Have recent proven experience teaching SEN in a UK-based classroom * Additional qualification in special educational needs (desirable) * Team-Teach Certified (desirable) *Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa) All applicants will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure Procedures and UK eligibility checks.
